What is the difference between the "rival stands" and the "supporter stands" on team pages?
Content in the rival stands is generated by members of rival sides posting insult videos.
Content in the supporter stands is generated by members of the respective side uploading videos and participating in Whoolibabel.
All visitors to the site may view all the content. However, only members of rival sides will be able to post in the rival stands, and only members of the supporter's side will be able to post in their supporter stands.

What is Whoolibabel?
Whoolibabel is banter that can be posted on the side pages in a forum post format.

Do I have to sign up to purchase any products?
No, it is not necessary to become a member of the site to purchase any products. We strongly advise everyone to sign-up to take advantage of any special offers on future products that are only available to site members. Remember, signing up is fast, free, and easy, and only site members are able to add or edit site content.

Why don't you manufacture your own products?
In order to increase the quality you receive and decrease your cost we currently outsource our manufacturing operations. By focusing on what we do best, design and technology, we can offer a better community experience to you.

How do I return an item or receive customer service for my order?
Because we outsource all production please consult the return policies and customer service on the Spreadshirt or Cafepress websites/packing slips. These sites should have all of your contact information, payment, shipping, and order details. If you have trouble please contact us at company@whooligan.com and we will follow up for you.

What is not permissible as site content?
Whooligan is a strong believer in freedom of expression. However, we will not allow any pornographic photographs, copyrighted materials, violence, racial and ethnic intimidation, or spam.
